Division Order Analyst

This position can be based at either our Greenway Plaza (Houston) or The Woodlands, TX office. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Division Order Analyst to manage ownership records, analyze title documents, and ensure accurate revenue distribution for oil and gas properties. This role is responsible for determining ownership interests, maintaining division of interest records, and supporting the timely distribution of oil and gas proceeds. Key Responsibilities: Analyze leases, title opinions, agreements, and land documents. Create and maintain division of interest ownership records. Prepare and update division orders for revenue and billing. Review title documents and resolve ownership discrepancies. Calculate and maintain revenue distributions for royalty and working interest owners. Process ownership changes and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with Land, Legal, and Accounting teams to resolve title and ownership issues. Qualifications: 5+ years of Division Order Analyst experience in the oil & gas industry. Strong knowledge of leases, title opinions, division orders, and ownership calculations. Experience interpreting land and title documents. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and division order software is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
