Job Description: Multi-Site Leasing Associate (Atlanta, GA Area) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and flexible Multi-Site Leasing Associate to support multiple properties throughout the Atlanta area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys travel, and is enthusiastic about real estate and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will assist onsite property management teams with leasing apartments, driving occupancy, and delivering a top-tier resident experience. Key Responsibilities: Travel to multiple properties in the Atlanta region. When onsite, you will lead leasing efforts, including prospecting, recruiting, and securing new leases. Collaborate closely with full-time onsite employees. Building rapport and trust is essential; you must be a strong “people person.” Identify problems and gaps in existing systems and recommend improvements. You will have the ability to champion these changes and see them through to completion. Demonstrate a strong drive for success, cutting through bureaucracy to expedite processes. Operate in both in-person and digital environments, including onsite meetings as well as virtual leasing through FaceTime tours, messaging, and phone calls. Utilize social media as a key marketing tool. Some platforms require personal accounts; you must be willing to use your personal social media to post available units and assist with recruiting. Present apartments and amenities to prospective residents, answer questions, and highlight community features. Process applications efficiently, recognizing that “speed to lead” is essential to securing tenants. Collaborate with resident managers, leasing teams, and regional management to support occupancy goals. Support temporary lease-up efforts at new or underperforming properties, occasionally moving between sites every few weeks. Serve as a positive brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Qualifications: Strong sales experience is required; hospitality experience is not necessary, but the ability to sell is critical. 2+ years of leasing or property management experience, preferably in residential, student housing, or hospitality. Willingness to travel to properties throughout the Atlanta metro area and surrounding regions; must be adaptable and flexible. Outgoing self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with leasing files and paperwork. Comfortable using property management/leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation and Incentives: Base salary plus commissions on new leases, health insurance, and gas/food stipend. Mileage reimbursement and travel expense coverage.
