No Salary : $92000 USD Annually - $102000 USD Annually Position Summary The Senior Product Operations Associate will serve in the California Project Management Office (PMO), leading end‑to‑end project management for California K‑12 assessment projects. The role requires collaboration with internal functional centers, external partners, and the California Department of Education to deliver project objectives within scope, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities Contribute to the creation of the product work plan and support execution against plan objectives, including executing assigned projects. Work with Functional Centers of Excellence (FCEs) and ETS partners to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Identify operational improvement opportunities to enhance product delivery. Communicate and collaborate effectively with FCEs, vendors, and partners. Provide status updates on day‑to‑day operations. Support resolution of operational issues. Execute against SLAs and KPIs under guidance of the Director of Operational Client Management. Aid in the development of cost estimates for product operations and enhancements. Track product‑related expenditures against budget. Support attainment of surplus targets by controlling expenses. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Required Skills Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and obtain answers to ensure project success. Ability to provide status updates on day‑to‑day operations and a deep understanding of SLAs and KPIs. Ability to understand client/vendor needs and ensure ETS meets expectations. Demonstrated understanding of product operational needs. Effective escalation when faced with uncertainty or lack of data by seeking necessary data. Ability to work independently and make decisions within defined scope. Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently, including medium and large projects, and facilitate cross‑functional teams. Capability to work successfully in virtual and in‑person environments. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
