Cole Medical Services is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for patients, and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. The CSR handles inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures patient satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. This role involves working closely with other team members and departments to provide timely and accurate information to patients. We are offering a hourly wage for this position dependent on qualifications and experience..

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus).
2. Experience in customer service or related role.
3. Familiarity with customer service software.
4. Knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies is an advantage.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
9. Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
10. Ability to evaluate options and to make efficient decisions.
11. Organizational skills are sufficient to maintain consistently accurate records.
12. Computer skills include proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, Point of Sale software and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
