Job Responsibilities:As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service for our guests. Your duties will include:
- Supervising and leading a team of front desk agents
- Providing training and guidance to front desk staff
- Ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Managing room reservations and availability
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in a front desk or guest services role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite; IHG and HotelKey experience a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous lead, supervisor, or management experience preferred
- Comfortable coaching associates and holding brand standards
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
