Description:
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care.
You will assist the doctor in orthodontic procedures, treatment planning, and patient education.
You will help maintain a well-organized practice by preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments.
You will assist in procedures and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.


Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments for orthodontic procedures.
You will assist the doctor with patient treatment, positioning instruments, and handling orthodontic appliances.
You will educate patients on treatment plans, post-procedure care, and oral hygiene.
You will manage patient scheduling and assist with front-office tasks as needed.
You will support dentists and staff with treatment planning and insurance matters.
You will ensure accurate submission of expenses and invoices.
You will maintain office inventory, including supplies and equipment.
You will address patient and employee concerns professionally.
You will contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.


Required Skills & Experience:
Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program or one year of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant.
Experience as an Orthodontics Assistant is preferred.
