Administrative Assistant - Service Department

Family construction business is looking to add a new administrative team member! Are you a go getter? A figure-it-out kind of person? Quick to learn? Then keep on reading! Training is part time and then becomes full-time position. In the height of the season there are Saturday hours.

Responsibilities for Administrative and Customer Service Representative

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Manage daily office operations, including records management and accurate data entry
• Scheduling
• Willingness to learn a new industry

Qualifications for an Office and Customer Service Worker:

• 2+ years administrative assistant / office experience
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
