Financial Analyst II – Position Summary As a Financial Analyst II, you’ll serve as a trusted financial partner to clinical and business leaders, using data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational success. Responsibilities Independently manage financial responsibilities while collaborating with leaders across the organization Research and analyze moderately complex financial, accounting, and operational issues Act as the primary financial liaison for assigned clinical and business service lines Develop, improve, and maintain financial reporting, analysis, and accounting processes Support operating and capital budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis Prepare and validate financial and regulatory reports to ensure accuracy and compliance Monitor adherence to capital asset management policies and procedures Coordinate Charge Master activities and support revenue integrity initiatives Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively managing multiple priorities Build leadership capabilities by participating in and leading finance projects of increasing complexity Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) functions and reporting tools Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment CPA certification preferred Job Details Location: Tampa Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Status: Exempt Work Arrangement: Hybrid Benefits BayCare offers a competitive total reward package including benefits, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401k match and additional yearly contribution, yearly performance appraisals with merit increases, yearly team award bonus, community discounts and the chance to be part of an amazing team and a great place to work!
