Hospitality America is looking for a Restaurant Cook to join our team! The Dinner Restaurant Cook is responsible for the opening, cooking and closing prep line for Dinner. We are looking for a fulltime and a partime cook to fill these positions.

Job Description

SpringHill Suites Restaurant/Bar Cook is responsible for preparing and serving cooked to order meals in the Restaurant for Dinner Shift.

• Providing personalized service to all guests.

• Setting up and maintaining the kitchen in an attractive abundant looking, organized, clean and standardized presentation.

• Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day.

• Ordering or purchasing food supplies.

• Preparing foods such as Burgers, FlatBread Pizza, Salads and many other items

• Prepping for the next shift.

• Setting up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other paper products.

• Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.

• Wiping up spills.

• Removing trash.

• Restocking food and supplies as needed.

• Washing serving equipment and returning it to storage.

• Returning reusable food supplies to storage.

• Requirements:

• Must be a citizen of the United States or possess a valid work permit.
