CT Technologist - Weekend Nights (Open)

New hire sign-on bonus of up to $30,000, relocation assistance of up to $7,000 available, and up to $6.00/hour in shift differential/premium are available. HOURS: Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. The CT Technologist performs CT imaging procedures, operates equipment, and ensures high-quality diagnostic imaging.

The CT Technologist

• Performs a variety of technical procedures to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis of patients of all ages.
• Applies knowledge of growth and development to appropriately care for all patients served.
• Operates highly specialized, technical equipment to obtain quality images. Performs IV contrast injections and other skills as required.
• Processes patients, which may include scheduling, registration, file management and computer processing skills.
• Complies with all Carilion Clinic and Imaging policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Participates in the training of students and staff as assigned.
• Maintains ARRT registry. Enhances personal and professional growth through participation in educational opportunities.

Compensation Range:

$33.52 - $50.28

Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
