Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s or Doctorate in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential or state licensure eligible
• Background in psychological assessments, counseling, and behavioral/academic consulting in educational settings
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education law
• Genuine commitment to fostering safe, inclusive learning environments
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results for educational planning
• Deliver individual and group counseling services to address academic, behavioral, and social/emotional needs
• Consult with teachers, families, and administrators to develop and implement strategies supporting student growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input for IEP and 504 plans
• Collaborate on crisis intervention and prevention programs to ensure student well-being
• Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies
