Summary of Description: The Pool Service Technician will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our customers swimming pools. Pool Service Technicians are customer-facing and are expected to approach each job professionally to maintain our high standard of customer care. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Perform the cleaning and water balance of swimScrub pool tiles, floors, and walls of swimming pools Empty skimmer baskets and pump basketsNet pool surface to clear out leaves and other debrisVacuum pool floors and stairsClean and backwash pool filters Check all pool chemical levels and ensure proper pool chemistry at each pool.Add chlorine, acid, and other chemicals to correct the water balanceVisually inspect pool and advise any next steps.Check the pool equipment to ensure proper operationDrive the company vehicle to customers locationDaily walk around and inspection of assigned company vehicle Perform regular truck inspections and notify mechanic of any issue that arises in real-timeMaintain equipment, supplies, and chemical stock inventory levels in the vehicleComplete paperwork and reporting service requirements to management Communicate to internal team, and with customers through email and messaging applicationsPerform other related duties as assigned
