Location : On Site Only - Lutherville, MD

Our client is growing and looking for a Title Processor with experience with the complete title processing cycle from order intake through closing preparation and final policy issuance
What You Bring
✔️ 4+ years of title processing experience with an emphasis on residential
✔️ Strong knowledge of real estate transactions & title insurance
✔️ Experience with Qualia or similar platforms
✔️ Sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✔️ Clear, professional communication with clients and partners
✔️ A team-oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership
