Quick Facts Location: Dayton, OH (Children s Plaza) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am 3:30 pm Hours/Week: 35 hours Employment: Locum (Temporary) Certifications Needed: Medical license, DEA, CSR, Life Certifications Experience Required: Prior pediatric anesthesia experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $0.00/hour (compensation discussed upon application) Benefits Include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You ll Do Provide anesthesia services for a variety of pediatric, neonatal, adolescent, and adult cases in a hospital-based OR setting Supervise CRNAs as part of a team-based care model Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Manage approximately 50-60 surgical cases daily in a level 1 trauma center Maintain high standards of patient safety and comfort throughout procedures Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and anesthesia standards What You Need Required: Valid medical license in Ohio DEA and CSR certifications Experience in pediatric anesthesia Ability to supervise CRNAs in a team setting Preferred: Prior experience working in a Level 1 Trauma Center Neonatal to adult anesthesia experience About the Assignment This assignment offers the opportunity to work at a prominent hospital with a high-volume surgical environment and a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
