• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $11,660 - $12,500
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Setting: Hospital-based operating rooms
• Patient Population: Neonatal through adult

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Completion of a Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship required
• Active Ohio medical license required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric anesthesia experience preferred
• Experience with general surgery, thoracic, complex orthopedic, and neurosurgical cases
• Strong skills in ventilation management and perioperative anesthesia care
• Ability to work effectively in a care team model and supervise CRNAs when needed

• Provide pediatric anesthesia services across multiple subspecialties, excluding cardiac surgery and transplant surgery
• Manage anesthesia care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult general surgical cases
• Support thoracic, complex orthopedic, and neurosurgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesia colleagues in a busy operating room environment
• Supervise CRNAs as part of a collegial care team model
• Assist with airway management, ventilation support, and acute volume or blood pressure concerns
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care in a fast-paced hospital setting
