This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise‑scale ERP solutions that support Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain operations.As a senior member of the ERP Product Delivery team, you will partner closely with functional leaders, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and highly automated solutions. You will also provide technical mentorship, influence design standards, and help shape the long‑term health and strategy of our Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystem.This role is ideal for a seasoned Oracle Cloud professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving automation, and driving best practices in a modern SaaS environment with a continuous learning and product evolution mindset. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)7–10+ years of ERP development experience, with significant hands‑on Oracle Cloud ERP experienceDeep expertise in:Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modulesOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL‑based data modelingStrong understanding of SaaS extensibility, Oracle security models, and upgrade‑safe designProven ability to lead complex technical designs and integrations in an enterprise environmentWorking familiarity with approved AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools to support ERP development, SQL/reporting logic, troubleshooting, and documentationAwareness of Oracle-native AI capabilities (e.g., Fusion AI features, AI Agents, OCI Generative AI) and how they can be applied within Oracle Cloud ERP solutionsAbility to use clear, context-aware prompts and independently validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, security, and fit within Oracle Cloud ERP standardsStrong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
