• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices in client engagement.
• Support the team in conducting property showings and open houses.
• Participate in negotiations to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about market trends and real estate laws.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging content for listings and social media platforms.

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
