Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Michigan SLP license (or eligibility)
• Experience working with school-aged populations (K–12)
• Ability to work onsite full-time (40 hours/week)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Support students’ academic and social success
