Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience within a school environment (K-12 preferred)
• Strong ability to tailor assessments and interventions to diverse student needs
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ progress
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist in planning student support strategies
• Educate staff and families on communication strategies and student accommodations
• Stay current with best practices in school-based speech and language services
