Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.

• Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive resident care.

• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Promote a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
