Highlights Location: Old Bridge, NJ Facility: Old Bridge Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease specific assessment/data collection independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease. Develop a plan of care with strategies and interventions to attain expected outcomes. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patients/families and healthcare team. Implement age and disease specific care in an organized manner. Perform continuous Point-of-Care electronic documentation. Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar-scanning technology. Requirements Education: BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire. Experience: Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in the Nurse Residency Program. Licenses & Certifications: NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License required.
