HVAC Service Technician

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Las Vegas, NV to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment for diverse commercial facilities.
- Ensure building comfort through expert troubleshooting and timely repairs
- Build customer loyalty by delivering professional and reliable service
- Support energy efficiency by optimizing HVAC system performance
- Drive customer retention through quality preventive maintenance Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, and boilers
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections on commercial equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide after-hours support
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with customers on repair needs and recommendations
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and tools
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures Compensation and Logistics:
