Pastry Chef - Washington, USA

We are in search of a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Washington As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious baked goods and desserts for our customers Your creativity and attention to detail will help us continue to provide high-quality pastries that keep our customers coming back for more Responsibilities Plan prepare and bake a wide range of pastries including cakes cookies pies tarts and breads Develop new recipes and menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences Ensure all pastry items are consistently prepared to standard quality Manage inventory and order supplies as needed Train junior pastry chefs on techniques and procedures Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen Monitor food costs and stay within budget Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus for special events or catering orders Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation Requirements Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution preferred Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods Creative flair and passion for creating delicious pastries Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent time management skills Ability to lead and train others Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Salary $1200 per month This is a full-time position with potential for growth within the company If you have a love for baking are passionate about creating beautiful and tasty pastries then we want you on our team We cant wait to meet you #J-18808-Ljbffr NextPartners
