Family Nurse Practitioner OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join a specialty clinic serving both Bethesda, MD and Falls Church, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner with a passion for Family Practice and Women's Health. The position involves working between two locations, with a schedule of 3 days per week in Bethesda, MD, and 2 days per week in Falls Church, VA. Join a dynamic team focused on providing specialized care with opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment.Office Locations & Schedule:3 days/week in Bethesda, MD: 6410 Rockledge Drive, Suite 210, Bethesda, MD 208172 days/week in Falls Church, VA: 6565 Arlington Blvd, Suite 404, Falls Church, VA 22042Compensation: $130-150K / YearShift: Monday-Friday, 40-hour workweek, no weekends or callRequirements:Maryland AND Virginia Nurse Practitioner licenses required.Willingness to travel between offices in Bethesda, MD and Falls Church, VA on a weekly basis.Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.Minimum 3 years of experience as an NP in a family practice clinic setting.General experience in Women's Health/GYN, including IUD placements and pelvic exams.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build patient trust and rapport.Enthusiastic, confident, and adaptable personality.Willingness to learn and be trained in specialized areas such as pelvic rehab, pelvic pain, and postpartum care.Experience with eClinical Works (EMR) preferred.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care to patients in a family practice setting with a focus on women's health and gynecological care.Perform office-based procedures and exams.Work as the sole provider in the clinic, supported by medical assistants and office staff.Manage a caseload of 15-20 patients per day, primarily ages 20-40 years old.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex needs.Maintain accurate patient records using the eClinical Works EMR system.Participate in ongoing training and development in specialized women's health services.Benefits:Potential $10K bonus based on productivity metrics.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.Productivity bonuses and performance incentives.Opportunities for professional development and advancement in a specialty area.Supportive work environment with opportunities for mentorship and training.If you are passionate about family and women's health and looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialty clinic, apply today and join a dedicated team!
