Led by a Medical Director recognized as a local "Top Doctor,"  our small, intimate structure allows our clinical team to prioritize deep provider-patient relationships, deliver unhurried consultations, and remain deeply committed to the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Position Overview

• Practice Name: 3 Point Elite Gynecology
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hiring Timeline: Immediate opening (Anticipated start date between August 31-September 28)
• Experience Required: 3–5 years minimum (Advanced Practice)
• Location: Silver Spring, MD (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends, no call)
• Support Staff: Full clinical leadership of 2 dedicated Medical Assistants (MAs)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 / year (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Boutique Clinical Care: Conduct thorough annual women's health exams with a strong focus on high-end service and an exceptional patient experience.
• Complex Gynecology: Manage complex gynecological conditions with appropriate, evidence-based medical management and specialty collaboration.
• Procedures: Perform skilled contraception insertions and removals (IUDs, implants) and oversee comprehensive medication management.
• Patient Communication: Directly manage and answer patient inquiries thoroughly via telephone and Athena patient portal messages.
• Meticulous Documentation: Maintain precise, thorough, and timely documentation of all patient interactions within Athena EMR to ensure continuity of boutique care.
• Clinical Operations: Lead the clinical workflow by managing prior authorizations, prescription refills, and clinical administrative tasks.
• Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and lead our team of 2 Medical Assistants to ensure a seamless, high-end clinic flow.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience as a practicing Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Licensure: Current, unrestricted APRN and Rx license in Maryland.
• Multi-State Licenses: Active licensure in Virginia and Washington, D.C. is highly preferred to accommodate our regional patient base.
• EMR Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Athena EMR is highly desirable.
• Certification: Board certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC).
• Credentials: Valid DEA registration and BLS/CPR certification.
