Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere Safe work environment Front Desk Receptionist Duties Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the organization and its services Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying Receive and distribute mail and packages Maintain a clean and organized reception area Experience Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment, interact with diverse individuals, and contribute to the smooth operation of the organization.
