Founding Talent & People Ops Leader - Build Hiring Engine

Epochal is seeking a founding Talent & People Ops lead in Palo Alto to build our hiring and people operations from the ground up. You will own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Research, GTM, and G&A, design the hiring system, stand up onboarding, HRIS/payroll, benefits, and compliance, and develop a scalable compensation framework with Finance.
