Bluffdale, UT · $85,000–$150,000+ per year based on production

Most insurance jobs ask you to push a quota. We're looking for people who'd rather be the advisor a family calls when they buy a house, add a teen driver, or finally realize they're underinsured. At Do Right Insurance, you'll build lasting client relationships, earn renewal income that grows every year, and never start from zero again.

What You'll Do

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their home, auto, umbrella, and personal coverage needs
• Identify gaps they didn't know they had, and build coverage that actually protects them
• Work the leads we provide, then grow your own pipeline through referrals and relationships
• Stay current on carriers, products, and the real risks your clients face

Where and How You'll Work

• Based in our Bluffdale office, open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Flexibility to meet clients where it works best for them, whether in the office  or on the go
• Work closely with our service team to keep clients well taken care of after the sale, so you can stay focused on advising and growing your book

• A paid ramp-up: a draw for your first 3–6 months while you build your pipeline
• Licensing support: no P&C license yet? We'll help you get there.

How You Earn

• 1099 independent contractor
• Commission on new business, plus renewal commissions every year your clients stay with you
• Because renewals compound, your income keeps growing even in months you write less new business

We believe you should know exactly what you're signing up for. In your first conversation, we'll walk you through our commission rates, draw terms, and what our advisors actually earn in their first, second, and third years, so you can decide with real information.

What Success Looks Like
After your ramp-up period, we'll work with you toward:

• $25,000+ in monthly written premium as your baseline
• $100,000+ per month as you grow your book
• Strong close ratios, client retention, and a book that grows year over year

You'll have regular coaching to help you get there, and we'll track progress together.

Y ou'll Thrive Here If You

• Hold an active Utah Property & Casualty license, or are ready to get one
• Enjoy solving problems and explaining complicated things simply. No sales background required, just curiosity and drive.
