Sodastream: Global Digital Content Lead

OverviewAt Sodastream, part of PepsiCo, we are seeking a strategic Global Digital Content Lead to drive the creation of impactful consumer-facing content across our Global Marcom organization. This role will shape how digital content is created, adapted, and scaled across global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. As the organization’s digital content expert, you will translate brand strategies into platform-native storytelling and content experiences that resonate with consumers across channels such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, production partners, and DTC teams, you will establish new capabilities, drive innovation through GenAI and modular content approaches, and build a scalable content ecosystem for global markets. #LI-Hybrid #LI-Remote #sodastream ResponsibilitiesLead the development of digital content for global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives from briefing through deliveryTranslate brand and category strategies into compelling content experiences that drive engagement across the full consumer funnelDefine content best practices and effective platform-native approaches for channels such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platformsPartner with internal teams, agencies, production partners, the Design Center, and DTC stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital content experiencesDevelop content briefs, oversee production, provide creative feedback, and ensure delivery against business objectives and brand standardsDrive the adoption of GenAI, modular content methodologies, and emerging technologies to improve content quality, efficiency, and scalabilityServe as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert on digital content strategy, storytelling, and content effectiveness across marketsManage, coach, and develop a Digital Content Specialist while helping establish a high-performing digital content capabilityQualifications7-9 years of experience in digital content development, content marketing, creative production, digital communications, or related fieldsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related fieldStrong experience developing content for consumer brands, preferably within FMCG, DTC, or eCommerce environmentsProven ability to independently lead initiatives, shape a strategic agenda, and drive execution through influence and ownershipDeep expertise in digital channels and platform-native content development across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platformsExperience developing content across websites, digital campaigns, video, social media, eCommerce touchpoints, and performance-related creative assetsFamiliarity with GenAI tools and emerging AI applications for content creation and optimizationExperience operating within global, matrixed organizations and collaborating across brand, media, CRM, regional, and local-market teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English Previous people management experience is an advantageAbout usSodastream is on a mission to revolutionize the beverage industry by reducing single-use plastic and empowering consumers to make more sustainable choices.
