America's roads and work zone professionals need and deserve AWP Safety protection.Job DescriptionAs the Customer Relations Collections Specialist, this role is responsible for delivering excellence in service and contributing to the mission of protecting businesses, people and time. This role will focus on accurate and timely invoicing to our customers. The Customer Relations Collections Specialist is responsible for collaboration across all levels to achieve departmental and organizational goals with a focus on ensuring all payments are received within the defined terms.ResponsibilitiesPerform collections aligned to dunning timelinesExecute outreach via email, calls, and portalsMaintain accurate updates using standardized statusesResolve customer inquiries and discrepancies timely.
