- Position: Life Skills Special Education Teacher
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 2026-2027 school year, ASAP-5/21/2027
- Pay starting at $42+ an hour
- Provide instruction in a self-contained Life Skills classroom
- Develop and implement instruction based on student IEP goals
- Support functional academics, communication, social, and daily living skills
- Monitor and document student progress
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, related service providers, families, and school staff
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
- Active or eligible Texas teaching certification
- Appropriate Special Education certification
- Texas Core teaching certification
- Experience in Life Skills or working with students with significant support needs preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
