Why This Role is Unique:

This is a dynamic, dual-role position designed for someone who loves variety and hates being bored. You will bridge the gap between the front office and the clinical back office, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients from the moment they walk in to the moment they check out.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Clinical Support: Room patients, accurately take and record vital signs, and directly assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Front Desk Operations: Warmly greet patients, manage the check-in/check-out process, handle appointment scheduling, and conduct efficient phone triage.
• EHR Management: Maintain precise, up-to-date patient records utilizing eClinicalWorks (eCW) .
• Workflow Optimization: Master both sides of the practice to ensure a smooth, efficient daily flow between clinical and administrative tasks.

We are looking for a reliable professional with a proven track record of stability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is an expert multitasker.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medical office setting.
• Job Stability: A stable, reliable job history is required (no frequent job-hopping).
• Software Skills: Strong preference given to candidates with hands-on experience in eClinicalWorks (eCW) .
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a team-first mindset, and the ability to pivot between tasks seamlessly.
• Training: Ability to complete a mandatory, comprehensive two-week training program on-site at our Franklin, TN clinic.
