Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC)

Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our full-time therapy team. What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist

• Help residents improve independence with daily living skills such as dressing, grooming, mobility, and self-care

• Assist in implementing individualized therapy treatment plans

• Document therapy sessions and resident progress using Net Health

• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and outcomes

• Encourage residents through creative and functional therapy interventions

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

• Active state license (or eligibility)

• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive attitude and passion for helping others regain independence
