A well-established Family Law firm in Leesburg, VA is seeking a motivated, personable, and highly organized Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all stages of family law litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and serve pleadings and other legal documents.

• Serve as a professional liaison between attorneys and clients.

• Organize and manage case files and legal documents.

• Coordinate the collection, review, and production of discovery materials.

• Assist with responding to discovery requests.

• Support attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders.

• Provide general litigation and case management support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of paralegal experience preferred, but candidates with less experience who are eager to learn will be considered.

• Family law or litigation experience preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.

• Notary Public certification is a plus.
