Bindery Associate

Job Description Bindery Associate Location: Kearny Mesa, CA 92111 Shifts:

• Mid Shift: Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• 2 nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00 PM

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50/hr Temp-to-Hire Must be able to complete and pass an Online Assessment to be considered for an interview Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen As a Bindery Associate you will learn the operation of post-press equipment, warehousing, and shipping responsibilities.

• Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, drills, collators, and perfect binders to produce high-quality finished products.
• Review job tickets and specifications to ensure accuracy in cutting, folding, binding, and finishing.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process to meet company standards and client requirements.
• Monitor inventory of bindery supplies, report shortages, and assist with restocking.
• Collaborate with press operators and other production staff to ensure deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipping.
