A1 Garage Door Service is seeking an A1 Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound, to serve as a liaison, provide product information, answer questions, and schedule service appointments. This remote role requires you to be based in a state where we operate and to interact with customers daily with patience and respect.
You will identify customer needs, build relationships, and deliver accurate information while supporting sales targets and maintaining records.
