Wealth Management Associate

Vaco Arizona has partnered with a growing wealth management team to hire a Wealth Management Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue building their career within financial services and advisory support. This is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity in the Phoenix area offering up to $65,000 annually. Responsibilities Support advisors with client service, account maintenance, annual reviews, and financial planning activities Prepare investment proposals, financial plans, and advisory review materials Process investment and advisory account paperwork, transfers, funding, and trades Execute buy/sell and rebalancing transactions while monitoring account activity Participate in client meetings and assist with investment plan development and presentations Provide ongoing client support regarding advisory products, performance, and service requests Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met Requirements Series 7 license 2+ years of financial services or wealth management experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
