Associate Underwriting Team Leader

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, cultivate and maintain excellent client Relationships. Market and underwrite products and services to clients. Underwrite new and renewal business under supervision of a Team Leader. Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets. Prepare submissions for markets and secure quotes. Assist Team Leader with meeting or exceeding production goals. Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures. Conduct Rating as assigned by Team Leader. Review and process policy servicing requests (endorsement, audits, company requests, premium finance notices and cancellations, etc.). Review inspection reports and compare to the conditions that were represented to us at the time of binding and take appropriate or needed actions as directed by your Team Leader. Proof of policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, etc. and make corrections as appropriate. Provide necessary instruction to Team Assistant or Clerk.
