Travel RN - Telemetry - Stepdown

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a day shift ICU Stepdown Unit position requiring at least 1 year of stepdown experience and current ACLS and NIHSS certifications.

Job Details

• 12-bed ICU Stepdown Unit in a hospital setting,
• Medical Surgical Acute unit environment,
• Day shift schedule: 07:00-19:00,
• 13-week contract,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Kansas (KS) or a compact state,
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross,
• Current ACLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross,
• Current NIHSS certification,
• Current DCI/BVP (De-escalation/Workplace Violence Prevention) certification - can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or free CDC resource,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU stepdown or similar specialty,
• DOB and SSN required for consideration,
• EMR experience required - specific system will be confirmed prior to submission,

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care as a day shift RN in a 12-bed ICU stepdown unit,
