Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health discipline, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Expectations

• Must secure ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
