Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to support residential property operations in Pasadena, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on individual who can balance resident service, property upkeep, and daily operational oversight in an onsite environment. The role focuses on maintaining a well-run community, coordinating maintenance and vendor activity, and ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.Responsibilities:• Oversee the daily operation of the residential property, ensuring services, common areas, and building functions run efficiently.• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents by addressing questions, concerns, and service needs in a timely and attentive manner.• Organize maintenance activity by tracking repair requests, arranging preventative service, and following through on completion of work.• Partner with outside contractors and service providers to schedule work, confirm quality standards, and support ongoing property needs.• Perform routine walkthroughs to assess building condition, identify safety or maintenance issues, and recommend corrective action.• Support occupancy-related processes, including move-ins, move-outs, unit reviews, and resident communication throughout each stage.• Maintain orderly and accurate documentation such as inspection notes, work orders, operational reports, and other property records.• Help preserve the appearance and condition of the property by monitoring cleanliness, curb appeal, and shared spaces.• Apply lease obligations, company procedures, and applicable housing regulations when handling property matters and resident issues.• Provide regular updates to ownership or management contacts regarding property status, open items, and operational priorities.
