The Wilderness Resort is seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!
The Reservationist position is responsible for communicating with guests via phone and taking their hotel reservations.
- Obtain knowledge of all Wilderness Resort properties, units, policies, and resort amenities.
- Works via telephone software to communicate and suggest lodging options and rates for our guests.
- Ability to multi-task across several programs and computer screens.
- Prepares, alters, and modifies lodging accommodations via computerized reservations system, processes credit card transactions.
- Able to maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor while communicating with guests and colleagues.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
