Reference: PR/604681_1785962895Focus would be on indirect - MRO, Site Services, and CAPEX.Lead all RFI/RFP/RFQ activity including scope development, bid package design, qualitative and quantitative supplier evaluation, long/short list analysis, and commercial negotiations; deliver consistent YOY cost savings across highest-spend and most complex categories.Build and Maintain TCO models, Should cost frameworks to anchor sourcing decisions on category value propositions and supplier program recommendations.Developing and implementing innovative sourcing approaches that help minimize CapEx costs, as well as commercial and legal risksLead the supplier selection process including agreements commercial and legal negotiationsDeveloping and executing project sourcing and contracting strategies to support project and company's growth objectivesGuiding procurement staff of internal and external partners and motivating them to perform at their maximumDevelop, monitor, and report key supplier performance metricsWork closely with internal stakeholders and key supplier on new areas of value creation by driving improvement opportunities and innovation initiativesBachelor degree is required - Business administration, Engineering, or other relevant degrees.5+ years experience in commercial roles, preferably with experience in indirect sourcing spend categories such as MRO, Site services, CAPEX.
