- Full-time hospitalist
- Full-time full-scope OB/GYN
- Shared call: 1:7 + backup call panel
- Work alongside experienced physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives in a highly collaborative environment
- Practice with autonomy and minimal bureaucracy
- Live where you want residency in Santa Cruz County is not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $375,000 $400,000+ guaranteed salary + productivity incentives
- Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
- Relocation assistance up to $20,000
