Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology

Field-based role supporting oncology providers in the Miami area with expertise in patient access programs, reimbursement processes, and specialty pharmacy networks. Position requires knowledge of coverage policies, billing requirements, and Medicare dynamics to educate healthcare providers and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs, access tools, and reimbursement services
• Provide expertise on specialty pharmacy networks, specialty distribution, and white-bagging options
• Communicate payer policies, coding changes, and claims submission processes to providers
• Collaborate with internal oncology teams on key account management and relationship building
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and account management teams

Requirements

• Oncology or hematology-oncology experience with physician-administered or buy-and-bill products
• Demonstrated expertise in coverage, coding, billing, prior authorization, and appeals processes
• Comprehensive understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics
• Strong ability to communicate technical coding and billing requirements across care settings
• Current or eligible for healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing in assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
• Territory and account management skills
