The role focuses on educating healthcare providers on patient access, reimbursement processes, and resolving coverage barriers to help patients initiate and maintain treatment with Janssen therapies.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, and coding requirements
• Serve as access and reimbursement expert for local field support teams
• Conduct field-based reimbursement education and support with providers and their staff
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics and account planning
• Partner with managed care colleagues and internal J&J departments to address access barriers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer systems
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of evolving healthcare ecosystem and payer policies
