Field Access Manager (Miami, FL)

Axsome Therapeutics seeks a Field Access Manager based in Miami to support patient access to treatments by eliminating barriers, educating on authorization processes, and improving conversion rates. This territory-level role requires local market knowledge and field presence.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers and staff on payer policies and patient access processes
- Eliminate access barriers and address roadblocks for eligible patients
- Support prior authorization education and navigation
- Enhance treatment conversion rates and patient adherence
- Build relationships with stakeholders across assigned territory
Requirements
- Field-based position requiring residency in assigned Miami geography
- Knowledge of payer policies and patient access processes
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Territory-level business acumen and local market understanding
- Experience addressing prior authorization and access barriers
