You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, as well as experience with financial analysis and reporting. In addition, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a basic working knowledge of ERP systems. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. You should have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. You will also need to be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
