Assistant Manager (Property Management)

Main Purpose As an Assistant Manager at RAM, you will support the Property Manager in the daily operations of the property, ensuring operational efficiency, resident satisfaction, financial accuracy, proper documentation management, and support in leasing activities to help maintain occupancy goals. Administrative and Documentation Management Maintain organized and up-to-date records related to tenants, leasing activities, and property operations. Ensure timely and accurate availability of information to support operational and management decisions. Properly file, process, and distribute physical and electronic documentation. Financial and Operational Support Process rental payments and assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting. Support budget tracking, income monitoring, and identification of irregularities. Process purchase requests for supplies and materials as needed. Tenant Relations and Customer Service Maintain open communication with residents and prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution. Provide professional and personalized customer service with empathy and active listening. Support resident retention efforts and contribute to a positive living experience. Leasing and Occupancy Support Assist with prospect follow-up, scheduling tours, and supporting the leasing process as needed. Support lease documentation preparation, lease renewals, and move-in coordination. Assist in maintaining occupancy goals through timely communication and operational support. Vendor and Property Operations Support Assist in coordinating vendors and monitoring service quality and completion. Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure property standards are maintained. Standard Keeper Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulations. Monitor operational performance indicators and assist with reporting requirements. Deliver high-quality service to residents, prospects, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Participate in process improvement initiatives and ongoing competency development. Qualifications & Requirements Technical degree or higher in Business Administration, Property Management, or related fields preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, property management, customer service, or related roles preferred. Strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and basic financial knowledge. Understanding of property operations and leasing processes preferred. Proficient in English (B2) and Spanish (B2).
