Join Our Finance Team as an Accounting Specialist! We have clients in Riviera Beach, Jupiter, Boynton Beach and Lake Worth seeking Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialists.
Are you a detail-oriented and collaborative finance professional looking for a full-time role? We are currently seeking highly proficient and dedicated Accounting Specialists to join our team, with opportunities available in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) , serving our clients in West Palm Beach
Key Responsibilities (May include either AP or AR focus):
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage vendor communications, reconcile statements, and prepare for payment runs.
- Accounts Receivable: Generate and send invoices, record payments, follow up on outstanding accounts, and process daily deposits.
- General: Perform daily financial transaction entries, maintain organized and accurate financial records, assist with month-end closing procedures, and support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency: Highly proficient and comfortable using Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Accuracy & Detail: A relentless focus on accuracy and detail in all work, with a proven ability to handle large volumes of transactions with precision .
- Collaboration: A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
- Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a strong plus. Experience with general ledger accounting software is also a benefit.
